These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tailkits.com and any sub-pages (the “Site”), including Tailkits UI pages and checkout. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Nordic Landing OÜ (“Tailkits”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site.

Certain areas (checkout, downloads, account pages) require a Tailkits account. You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential, and

  • all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms, the License, or applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and code—is owned by Tailkits or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view the Site, share links, and quote small excerpts (with attribution). Any other use requires our prior written consent.

3.1 Product assets

Downloadable component files, MCP package/configuration, and design assets are governed not by these Terms, but by the Tailkits UI Commercial License (“License”) that applies to your purchase and plan. Always review and comply with the License before using product assets in any project.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.

  2. Use scraping, mining, or automated tools to download, extract, or mirror product assets without a valid license (or in a way that violates the License).

  3. Post or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

  4. Use the Site in a manner that could disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise harm the Site or other users.

5. Digital purchases, subscriptions & pricing

Purchases made through the Site are additionally governed by our License and the following sales terms.

5.1 Plans

We may offer Tailkits UI access via:

  • Quarterly subscription

  • Yearly subscription

  • Lifetime license

Plan availability, included benefits, and pricing may change over time.

5.2 Prices, currency & taxes

  • Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Taxes (including VAT/GST, where applicable) may be calculated at checkout (e.g., via Stripe Tax or similar tooling).

  • We may run promotions or discounts. Promotions may be time-limited and may not apply retroactively.

5.3 Subscription billing & renewal (Quarterly / Yearly)

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing period.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account (or by emailing support). Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

  • Failed payments: If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until payment is successfully processed.

5.4 Lifetime license

If you purchase a lifetime license, you receive access as described in the License. “Lifetime” refers to the license/access terms defined in the License, not a guarantee that the product will be maintained forever.

5.5 Delivery

A download link or access entitlement is typically provided immediately after successful payment and/or sent to your email. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you can receive emails from us.

5.6 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases of Tailkits UI if the assets have not been used in a production project.

  • “First-time purchase” means your first Tailkits UI purchase on your account (including your first subscription purchase or a lifetime purchase).

  • If a refund is approved for a subscription purchase, your access to paid assets may be revoked and your subscription may be canceled.

  • Unless required by applicable law, renewals and partial subscription periods are not refundable.

6. MCP integration & third-party AI tools

Tailkits UI may provide an optional integration via Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) intended to help you use Tailkits UI component data inside AI tools/editors you choose.

  • Third-party AI tools and providers are not operated by Tailkits. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

  • You are responsible for what you connect, configure, and send to any third-party AI tool/provider, and for complying with their terms and applicable law.

  • You may not use MCP (or any integration) to extract, mirror, or redistribute Tailkits UI paid assets in a manner that violates the License or these Terms.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailkits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of the Site or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent they are unenforceable.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailkits from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
